- To perform verification required under the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds

We do not provide personal data to third parties except in the following cases:

- When particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children and obtaining consent is difficult

5.Sensitive Information
Except as permitted under the Guidelines on the Protection of Personal Information in the Financial Sector, we do not acquire, use, or provide sensitive information to third parties.
6.Security Control Measures
We maintain personal data accurately and up to date under strict management, and erase it without delay when it is no longer needed. We implement organizational, human, physical, and technical measures necessary to prevent leakage,loss, or damage and to ensure security control of personal data. When outsourcing all or part of personal data handling, we take appropriate measures required by laws and regulations and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over service providers to ensure security control.
7.Procedures for Requests Concerning Retained Personal Data
For requests regarding retained personal data—disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of third-party provision, disclosure of third-party provision records, or notification of purposes of use—we confirm that the request is made by the data subject or a legitimate representative in accordance with our procedures and respond appropriately without delay in accordance with laws and regulations. We may be unable to accommodate requests that could harm the rights or interests of the data subject or a third party. In such cases, we will notify the reason without delay.
